New patients can save time during their first appointment by completing the new patient intake form prior to their visit. Please download the form and fill in the information requested, and bring the completed form with you on your initial visit.

What to expect on your first visit

On your first visit, you will have an initial consultation with the acupuncturist, which will include a discussion of your medical history, complaints, lifestyle, and a TCM examination. The consultation will be followed by an acupuncture treatment.

Insurance

We accept most health insurances plans that cover acupuncture. To find out if your medical insurance covers acupuncture, please call 845-501-7878 and we can verify your policy’s benefits for you.
